Esler has acted as a juror for several national graphics exhibitions, as well as a consulting juror for the Canada Council. Esler has participated in an impressive number of juried and invitational exhibitions, both nationally and internationally. Recent exhibitions include Graphex 6, the Art Gallery of Brant, Brantford, Ontario, 1978; the Archives Collection of the Society of Canadian Painters, Etchers, and Engravers, Art Gallery of Hamilton, Hamilton, Ontario, 1978; Laing, Sawai, Esler, Graphica, Edmonton, 1978; and the 15th Anniversary Exhibition, Gallery Pascal, Toronto, Ontario, 1978.

D Kottman received an honourable mention, Mid-West Annual, Kansas City, Missouri, 1968, and a Memorial Scholarship for tuition from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, 1969. He teaches with the Department of Art and Design at the University of Alberta, Edmonton. N Yates received a Canada Council Senior Arts Award in 1967 and 1975 and the City of Edmonton Performing and Creative Arts Award—Visual Arts, 1972. His work may be found in the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa, Ontario; the Canada Council Art Bank, Ottawa, Ontario; the Alberta Art Foundation, Edmonton; the Faculty Club, University of Alberta, Edmonton; and many civic collections.
